Bentley joins the i-Pad bandwagon Thursday, 04 August 2011 |
 Bentley Systems will extend its ProjectWise V8i synchronized collaboration and Bentley Navigator V8i review and markup capabilities to users of mobile devices, such as iPads. The company announced the forthcoming release of the two apps at its annual user conference today.

Bentley and Tekla Advance Interoperability Thursday, 04 August 2011 |
 On May 26th Bentley announced that they and Tekla Corporation are improving interoperability between the Tekla Structures BIM software and Bentley’s Integrated Structural Modeling (ISM) methodology.
Once ISM-linked, Tekla Structures will interoperate with all other ISM-enabled software including, to date, Bentley’s STAAD, RAM Concept, RAM Elements, Structural Modeler, ProSteel, and ProConcrete. Tekla Structures links with various other systems through the Tekla Open API™ application programming interface that is implemented using Microsoft® .NET technology.
